We guarantee that our IDP will be accepted in the countries listed on our website. If your IDP is refused by car rental agencies or traffic authorities in those countries, we will issue a full refund.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Proof of rejection from a car rental agency or traffic authority in an eligible country.
- Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) years of purchase.
- Supporting documents must be provided as evidence of refusal.
- Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days after approval.
- Express processing service fees are non-refundable if the processing time was less than 2 hours.

We ensure timely delivery of your Digital IDP:
- Standard processing: 2-10 hours
- Express processing: Less than 2 hours
If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

- Digital IDP copies can be replaced at any time.
- Lost printed copies of the IDP booklet or complementary card can be replaced, provided the shipping address remains the same.
- Orders that never arrived, with verified tracking history.
If you wish to change the shipping address, you will need to cover the new shipping cost, while we cover the reprinting and issuance fee.
Cancellation Policy – Changed Your Mind?
- You can cancel your application within two (2) hours of placing the order if your IDP has not been issued yet.
- A full refund will be provided upon cancellation within this timeframe.
